A holiday at Disneyland Paris offers diverse entertainment for all members of the family including a chance to relax during a round of golf and shop till you drop at the nearby Val d'Europe shopping centres.
Golf Disneyland is open year round, seven days a week (except on Christmas Day and New Year's Day). While other members of the family are experiencing the thrills and spills of the theme parks the golf enthusiast can enjoy playing a round in total tranquillity.
In order to make the golfing experience as smooth and simple as possible, the three nine-hole, 36-par golf courses all begin and end by the Club House. They can be combined in any order, giving players a choice of three different 18-hole courses, complete with islands, lakes and bunkers. Before teeing off, guests can practice their swing in specially built practice areas, from bunker and chip shots to driving and putting.
The Golf Disneyland Club House is home to a bar, a restaurant, a pro shop, a T.V. room and changing rooms. The Club House terrace, which overlooks the 18th hole and the practice range, is ideal for those visitors who are not as enthusiastic about the little white ball, but wish to keep an eye on the family's "champion" while sipping a drink in the sun.
For retail therapy, visitors to Disneyland Paris can visit Val d'Europe International Shopping Mall and La Vallée Outlet Shopping Village located just a few minutes away from Disneyland Paris.
The Shopping Mall incorporates an Auchan hypermarket, 10 department stores, 130 boutiques, restaurants and a fitness centre. The Mall is also home to "Sea Life Val d'Europe Paris", which offers guests the opportunity to experience the beauty and diversity of the underwater world.
La Vallée Outlet Shopping Village features 70 boutiques dedicated to major names in international fashion, such as Gianfranco Ferré, Kenzo, Furla and Tommy Hilfiger. Discounts on the merchandise range from 33% to 60% off the recommended retail price.
