LONDON, England: Ever imagined jumping through the TV screen to join your favourite Disney characters? Well that's exactly what little ones can do as Playhouse Disney swaps screen for stage in a new live performance at Walt Disney Studios Park.
Playhouse Disney Live on Stage! will wow kids as they sing and dance along with much loved Playhouse Disney stars including Handy Manny, Little Einsteins, the Mickey Mouse Clubhouse crew and more. The enchanting interactive experience combines music, song, animated graphics and a giant bubble machine to ensure that little guests have a Disney-tastic time!
Playhouse Disney Live on Stage! (opening April 4th 2009) takes place several times a day every day(1) at the Production Courtyard in Walt Disney Studios Park. The fun begins when kids are encouraged to help their Playhouse pals create an unforgettable surprise party for Minnie Mouse. Catchy music and wondrous effects sweep them along in a merry-go-round of sing-along songs and exuberant dances. It's just like watching the Playhouse Disney TV show -- except this time the youngsters are at the heart of the show. So who are the stars they'll meet?
Mickey Mouse Clubhouse -- Mickey Mouse, Minnie Mouse, Donald Duck, Daisy and Goofy -Disney legends, say no more!
Little Einsteins -- 5,4,3,2,1: Join Leo, Annie and Quincy on board their space rocket as they battle their nemesis Big Jet
Handy Manny -- When your bubble-making machine goes haywire, who you gonna call? Handy Manny and his talking tools, of course!
Playhouse Disney Live on Stage! fits firmly within Disneyland Paris' strong tradition of bringing beloved characters directly to their fans, young and old.
